Job Description


A Sales Assistant for Lennar is responsible for the administrative support of the New Home Consultants and to ensure a smooth flow of paperwork, communication, and documentation.


  • Initial greeting of customers
  • Daily entry of visitor information into database
  • Engage visitors, establishing a relationship and determine their home buying needs by utilizing the Company's selling philosophy
  • Accompany visitors through Welcome Home Centers, models and inventory homes, answering questions and providing information about the community as well as discussing features of the home
  • Participate with other departments to create and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrate a strong effort of making use of new selling techniques and practices.
  • Implement a daily process for improving selling practices and results



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 years experience in customer service role.
  • Computer literate with the ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Good writing and organization skills.
  • Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty.
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
